I had 3 companies come out to provide opinion and estimate. While the other 2 did the basic inspection, I feel Brian Myers provided a more thorough inspection of the entire house, and for me the most protective longterm option. Very professional and informative. All 3 price points were close/similar. Brian came out with 2 additional techs, and they were excellent... Answering all my questions and explaining things fully. I really feel confident, that I chose the right company! I hope I never see a swarm again, but if I do, Im sure I can count on Brian and his team. Thanks!

Western pest service did a thorough job checking our home for any infestation problems. Our technician Ozzie was great at explaining what he was checking for and made suggestions on how to prevent any issues. It gives us peace of mind to know that we have them come inspect 4 times a year to keep us pest free.

It was a pleasure having your technician, Randy assist with a rodent issue I had, after recently having construction done at my house. His service was top tier! Randy was patient, friendly and easy to talk to, so I had no problem expressing my fear! He performed a thorough walk through of each floor and was very knowledgeable. He provided detailed information, sealed up holes in necessary areas and was even able to catch and discard of a mouse while there! That same evening after Randy left, two more were caught on the traps he strategically laid out. Three in one day is unheard of and I’m praying there are no more! I also had bees hovering near my garage and he took care of that as well. Thank you, Randy for your exquisite service!

Western pest services sent a technician early in the morning as we had requested. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what had to be done to exterminate a large yellow jacket nest that was expanding to different parts of the yard near the house. The nest was eliminated quickly and we were able to finish the yard work we had scheduled for today.

Smooth, easy process. Brian came out and did an expectation. He explained the whole process and plan options. Bazzle came to do the work a week later. The patience and explaining made the whole process stress free and hopefully no more termites in the house !

Amazing - we had a sudden influx of flies in our new house, had no idea where they were coming from. One day in particular, my husband called me from the house to say our kitchen looked like it was in a horror movie with flies. Brian came over that day and took care of it, coming back the next day to make sure everything looked okay and scheduled to come do more detailed work the following week (turns out the flies were coming from the crawl space!!!). Brian is a great guy and the whole team at Western are total pros!
