Western Pest always lets me know when they are coming for my quarterly treatment under my plan. This gives me a reminder but also the chance to change the date or time if necessary. Firstly, we contacted 3 other companies in our area, provided by Yelp, either by phone or filling out a small form describing what services we needed. On our 3rd attempt our call was answered with a very friendly voice. I immediately inquired if we had to have an account with them in order to get help asap. I asked this because two previous companies wanted to know if we had an account with them already. I told the girl what we needed but we didn’t have an account with them. She replied with a giggle. As it turns out, our problem was the same as many others were calling them for, yellow jackets. My husband was going to try to deal with them but we both got stung just by getting near their hiding place. She acknowledged how aggressive these bees can be and their bites are very painful. Long story short, she quoted us a price right then and there which was expensive but if we had an account with them it would have been cheaper. Understandable. She didn’t push me into signing up with them. We just wanted this problem dealt with for now. The next day, Joe the Beekeeper came decked out in his white protective gear and went to work. The nest was large and the bees were mad but within 30 minutes he had them under control. He informed us that the bees that were not in the nest when treated will return very upset so for at least a day we had to stay away. We got a 30 day guarantee if for any reason they didn’t all get destroyed this time around. What a great serviceman with a sense of humor but an attitude that left us feeling we were in good hands. And we were. We highly recommend this Company when you are in need of any pest problems. Thanks to Joe. Great meeting him!

I had a great experience with the technicians. They were pleasant, professional and very thorough. Aside from replacing traps, they also pointed out areas that mice could get in and made recommendations for what could be done. I followed their advise and so far so good. Very pleased!!

I contacted Western in Randolph NJ on Monday to have a yellow jacket issue addressed. After discussing my needs an appointment was made for the following day. The technician arrived within the scheduled window. He explained the process and exactly what he was going to do. He worked quickly and efficiently. When he was done he again explained what he did and advised if I continued to see the yellow jackets after a couple of days to call and they would treat again.
