Western does a very good job related to the extermination of all different types of critters. I appreciate their professionalism and recommend them highly to anybody that needs extermination services. I like that they are available quite early in the morning and are extremely responsive even when you give them a call to schedule an emergency appointment. To date, I have never been disappointed with their service.

Our exterminator was very kind, very informative, very smart, and very patient with all of our questions. He was accommodating for us having a dog and walked us through the inspection process of discovering holes in the home and how to keep them away. Amazing service, great communication and customer service. I’m so glad I cancelled the other exterminator service to be with Western pest control.

Mark was prompt and quickly inspected my home. He answered all my questions about what I should look for between inspections; should I worry about wood stored in my basement; and am I doing the right thing (glue traps) about the few crickets that seem to have come in from the cold.

Mr. Lantigua proved to be the most professional technician I have encountered. He was highly knowledgeable and incredibly patient, thoroughly answering all my questions. He provided detailed explanations and offered valuable advice, particularly beneficial as a new homeowner residing adjacent to a park. Luis consistently displayed respect and maintained a positive demeanor. Even when I initiated a discussion about competitors, he maintained a professional stance and refrained from negative commentary. He ensured my family and I were completely satisfied with his service before departing. I attempted to offer him a gratuity, which he politely declined, stating his primary concern was ensuring my non-verbal autistic daughter could safely play in her room.
