Very good people. Had a dead racoon under a deck that needed to be partially disassembled. Work was done quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. Would use them again in a second. BTW they were the only company that returned a call from over the weekend. That also says a lot. Thank you!

If I could put no stars I would they came in because we had a raccoon in our attic they were very kind at first. We appreciated the help through the process. They put her babies on top of our roof for a long period of time making them vulnerable to predators. They told us on more than one occasion that the mother raccoon was not in the home but each night she was going crazy trying to get to her babies. They trapped her inside our home as she had no way out with all the traps they placed. Through their process she, which she didn't before, now has access to go under the house and into attic. It seems no experience or little experience is used in the company. As a customer my experience with Yuri was horrible and frustrating. Yuri was very disrespectful to me and my family and continues over and over to say, "I don't believe we disrespected you guys". He has no manners, was very insulting, and was laughing about our frustration when we were very serious about our situation. It's not your job to believe if you disrespected us it's to listen to the clients needs and figure out a solution. He was very unprofessional and anyone thinking of using this company should run far away from this business. In the end the job was not completed and no solution was given. 0/10 save your money for someone who can actually get the job done unlike this company. Also his team was respectful and we appreciate them but Yuri himself has horrendous customer service and he should re-evaluate how he goes about his business when talking to clients.

Paid WLD a considerable amount for extrusion work and clean up. The extrusion work was performed incorrectly and had to be redone (which WLD did) and the clean up work was half hearted at best. For the price paid, it was not good value, however they have a guarantee, which I assumed would make the price acceptable. A year later and we have problems again and although WLD made one site visit and promised to come back, they did not show up and they never returned the multiple messages left. This is not a reputable company. I contacted another company who has been much more responsive and has provided much better service for the amount charged (which was less than what WLD charged). Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I had a great experience with Yuri and his team. We had a family of bats living in the siding of our home. Yuri and his team efficiently and quickly remediated the issue. I recommend everyone use Wildlife Detectives!

Very responsive, communicative, and timely. Maggie responded to my inquiry and set my appointment on the day and time I requested and Yuri’s follow through was excellent. We had a misunderstanding on the scope of work that was primarily my fault, and Yuri came out the next morning and ensured us he would make it right .. and he did. No more skunks!
