I would have to give this business zero stars. I called John asking if he could remove an injured goose and his response was “We don’t do that” and then immediately hung up in my face. I called him back 10 mins later and asked him “is this an animal service place?” He responded “yes, do you need wildlife help?” I said “you just hung up in my face 10 minutes ago when I was trying to get help.” Then he proceeded by saying “ok” and hung up in my face again. I’ve never contacted such an unprofessional business in my life, and for him to be the OWNER acting like that towards customers is extremely embarrassing. Don’t use this company, there are ones out there that are wayyyyyyy better and treat people with much more respect. I’m disappointed in John and this company and will never refer them to anyone. He has a horrible attitude and will just hang up in your face. It’s a truly pathetic business model. DO NOT USE THEM.

Had issues with birds making nest in corners of roof bad experience. Mad a mess on the roof shingles not a professional look. Hired the wrong guy for the job.

John with this company was responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would, explained how the squirrels were entering and what was needed to remove them. After setting the trap we heard the squirrels rattling the contraption designed to allow them to exit but not re-enter. After a week, John returned to remove the trap. We had him seal all possible entries and are satisfied with the result.

I called this place because I thought I had a mouse or some sort of critter in my house and wanted someone to come take a look ASAP. I called around 8am and John picked up the phone right away and was able to come out within a few hours, so one star for that. Before ending this call, I asked about pricing and John told me there was a $200 fee for live animal removal, which I was ok with. That was all that was mentioned regarding pricing. Upon arrival to my home, he took a look around for not even 10 minutes before deciding that there was nothing there. He did offer to take a look in the attic but it was sealed, so we left it as is. I asked him what the service fee was for coming out, and he told me it was a $200 flat rate fee. Over the phone he said a $200 fee for live animal removal, which was not done. He never mentioned this "flat rate fee", so I genuinely believe he charged me the full amount because I live in a nice neighborhood and he felt like I could afford it. What makes it worse is upon looking at the website after the visit I see where it says inspections are free. That is essentially all he did, considering no animal was found, so I definitely was overcharged excessively, and it was done purposely. Before John left there was a box that I thought the critter might have been in. The box was empty after he looked in it so I mentioned that I would take the box out and dispose of it. John insisted that he could take the box as he left. I left my house about 30 minutes after he did and found the box he took literally laying IN THE STREET in my neighborhood right across from my house! He didn't even dispose of the box properly. For $200 that's the least that could have been done, but instead, he littered in my neighborhood. Completely unacceptable. Needless to say, I will not be using this company again in the event that I need any type of animal removal.
