SCAM ALERT Initially I thought these guys did a stellar job. Unfortunately, that was only true if you count what's visible from the ground. I paid a large sum of money for them to racoon-proof my attic - including repairing multiple holes under the eaves - and install a one-way door for my new tenant to see herself out. Yet somehow while inspecting the attic and up on the roof installing all of this, no one from the team bothered to mention (nor attempted to raccoon-proof) the gaping holes in said roof, one of which was large enough for a grown man to fit through. Thankfully a month or so later I finally saw water coming through the spot in the fascia where it had been collecting and rotted through - a spot I'd specifically asked the team about because from the ground I'd mistaken the dry water damage for claw marks - and was able to get a real roofer out to repair the damage.

I highly recommend hiring this company!! I had an issue with a squirrel getting into my attic. They offered a one-way trap, had a rat wall installed and holes patched up near the roof. A lot of care and attention to detail was put into the work. You can’t even tell where the patches were installed which I appreciate. Daniel, Jesse, and Maria were the individuals that I worked with to get the work done and I’m grateful to them. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I had all questions answered. I recommend Wildlife X Team to safely remove wildlife from your property. Two holes appeared next to our foundation so I call them and they came out promptly to access the situation. They installed two one ways and left traps nearby. They came out when I contacted them that the trap had gone off. They ended up trapping an opossum and several squirrels which they relocated. After almost 2 weeks they removed the one ways and filled in the holes. We have not had a problem since.

Horrible experience!....please do not waste your money...after 2K I still have rodents in my attic....They also capped my chimney with a roof vent that is not building code...sloppy work ethic IMO...I have called and emailed many times for a refund.......no response...`I would never recommend this business to anyone....please use a business willing to earn the money they collect... Response: yes your email response got stuck in my spam..truth....but I emailed only after many many attempts by phone and texts that did not get answered or returned....and yes u then offered to come back out and try find my problem...because after all you did I still had a problem...but at that point I had already gone up the attic and set new traps and layed poison myself.....I did everything that you should have done but didnt have time to wait for you while the rats continue to cause damage...after giving you well over a month to remove the rats and it still was not done and paying over $2,000 I didnt think you had the skill set so there was no point of you returning....and yes I did call my credit card company and get 1200 back...I think it ws generous of me letting you keep $800...which you clearly did not earn...you also installed a chimney cap that was actually a roof vent that was not building code...of course you offered to replace but you should have never installed a plastic roof vent over any chimney to begin with....and yes my rodent problem is finally solved...only after my roofer found the issue....two huge holes in my house on both sides of a gutter....huge holes...after paying a company 2,000 there was not a reason why my roofer should have found....you should have...this was the issue the whole time...so as many things as you did to my house...those items were never the issue...its very clear this was the point of entry of the rodents....I have attached a picture of what my roofer found...no wonder you had to keep coming out and I was hearing noises....why did your company not find these holes after collecting $2,000? I know you asked me to take my review down but honestly/ethically I can not especially after seeing the huge holes I had that you never identified...

This is a scam company and should be taken out of business. Please don’t waste your time and money going with this company. They technicians are liars and are out to sell out what does not work and then want to sell you another program . Jason came out and sold me a repellant for almost $700 does not work and today 8/2/25 a technician named Tyler want to sell me another program for almost $600. I asked for email of the owner, he said his name is DON HUDSON and he is not allowed to give his e-mail. Lack of confidence in servicing when you are avoiding giving information. I hope this company tot in hell and every known person in every of their locations avoid doing business with them. I am hoping for class action lawsuit against this scam of a company..
