A storm in Denton broke 5 fence posts and laid down about 40 ft of a 120 ft back fence. Most wanted to replace the complete 120ft fence. X-team agreed to repair. The downed panels were still good. The other posts were still good. They dug up the old broken wooden posts and replaced them with metal. They were always on time. We had good communication. I appreciate a job well done.

We had an exterior door inside a garage removed in order to move a hot water heater to that area. The X Team worker did an excellent job of removing the door, framing the interior space for drywall, and installing siding on the exterior side. The price was very reasonable, and we highly recommend X Team.

Proceed with caution with this company. Set up a free consultation for attic rodent removal. Jason Livingston (who is some sort of franchisee from colorado) came into my house and within the first 5 min accused me of doing something illegal by placing my own rodent bait/traps in my attic. Needless to say he was kicked out of my house and never welcome to come back. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. That is not the you earn business but a sure way not ever earn my business

Don't bother calling this company because its apparent they don't need the business. Called and spoke with JEFF who asked I send photos of the areas we had issues with to try and identify the animal a d would call me back for an appointment. Almost 2 weeks and no one calls or responds. Hire a professional a d go elsewhere. This makes me feel like I dodged a bullet.

Salesman nice an helpful, install was not completed properly: Insulation, vapor barrier not installed correct, underpinning caused damages to floor through home. Contacted installer before deadline an calls never returned promptly. Guy that called me today called me a liar that I had an A/C issue was past deadline an wouldn’t give me an opportunity to tell him the details an hung up on me. I am a seventy year old that has worked till retirement age an never had a company talk to me like he did. Yes I would not recommend this company from my experience. Other detail problems that we worked through during install.The job was very expensive but we did in beginning agree to pay however the siding had to be another material due to shortage.
