I called at least 10 pest control companies, and Yosemite Pest & Rodent Solutions was the only one who could come out the same day. He called me back within the hour, left a voicemail, and showed up that afternoon; already a huge relief. Once he got here, he was super thorough and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain what was going on (baby birds in my vents!) what was causing the issue, and walked me through a few different options to fix it. This was such a refreshing experience…reliable, knowledgeable, and actually helpful. If you’re dealing with a pest problem and want someone who takes it seriously, this is the company to call.

We purchased new construction last summer and as soon as the weather started to turn we became infested with spring tails. After a few weeks the numbers were tremendous and they started finding their way into the house. Bryan not only identified the problem over the phone but was able to outline the cause and potential solutions. He even made arrangements to come out the following day. Bryan helped prevent Labor Day backyard event from having to be called off because of large wasp nest in the eaves of the roof running along the trim. He was here early on Monday morning to address the problem. He had the appropriate tools and took care of the infestation and made sure the wasps did not escape to find another spot along the roof line. Great service, no damage to trim, siding, or plants.

We have never had rodents in our home. So--after seeing a mouse in my family room--I called Bryan late one night. He came out first thing the next day, and carefully inspected our home for points of entry. He set up traps in areas where mice hide and explained how they work. While he was here, he also sprayed our property for bugs, as I had mentioned seeing Carpenter ants for the first time in our kitchen. I'm happy to report that we are now rodent and bug-free.
